These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Petir33 and all services operated under the petir33.lat domain. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and place bets on Petir33. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Petir33 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry windows, minimum deposits, and game contribution rates. Attempting to abuse bonus conditions — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers — will void all bonus balances.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Petir33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your password or shared it with a third party.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name. Petir33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Typical processing time is 5–15 minutes via DuitNow or FPX for verified accounts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petir33 holds its operating licence. By registering, you agree to submit to those governing laws and acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local restrictions in your country of residence.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Petir33 ("Petir33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at petir33.lat and its associated sub-domains (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on Petir33, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: Petir33 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending confirmation, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Prospective Players must complete the registration form on the Platform accurately and in full. All information provided — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be truthful and current. Petir33 relies on this information for KYC purposes, bonus validation, and compliance obligations.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The existence of multiple Accounts attributable to the same individual — identified through shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, personal details, or physical addresses — constitutes a material breach. Petir33 will close all duplicate Accounts, retain any deposited funds pending investigation, and forfeit any associated bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Petir33 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and advises against sharing your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. Petir33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to secure your credentials.
You must promptly notify Petir33 of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your residential address, phone number, or email address. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and bonus eligibility verification.
Petir33 accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players are advised to check the current deposit limits within their Account dashboard, as these may be subject to periodic revision. Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits also apply and may vary by Account verification tier.
All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their funds converted at the prevailing market rate published by Petir33 at the time of transaction. Petir33 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted without prior written approval from Petir33. Deposits identified as originating from third parties may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Note: Petir33 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction charges at their discretion. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the depositing player.
Withdrawals may be processed via DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used, where technically feasible. Petir33 reserves the right to route withdrawals via the same payment channel as the original deposit.
For fully verified Accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional review is required.
Petir33 operates a risk-based KYC programme. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents prior to withdrawal, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Petir33 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
Petir33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
When a Player has an active bonus balance, the maximum permissible stake per individual bet is RM250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagers placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may be voided, and the bonus balance may be forfeited at Petir33's discretion.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise:
All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. The applicable expiry window is stated on each promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days. Upon expiry, unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are automatically removed from the Account.
Petir33 operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer via multiple Accounts, using low-risk hedge strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, Petir33 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Petir33. A bet is not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Petir33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or where the bet exceeds published stake limits.
Where odds, lines, or payouts are published due to a manifest error or palpable mistake — including incorrect prices, transposition of teams, or system errors — Petir33 reserves the right to void and settle affected bets at the correct odds. Petir33 is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on erroneous prices before the error is corrected.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, insufficient action to determine a result, abandonment of a match before the required time, or where Petir33 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake value with no additional winnings applicable.
In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules regarding late acceptance and connection errors. Petir33 cannot guarantee uninterrupted in-play service and is not liable for bets placed incorrectly due to data delays or platform latency. Where a Player's bet is accepted after an in-play event has occurred (e.g., a goal is scored before the bet is placed), Petir33 reserves the right to void such bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Petir33 Platform:
Petir33 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, with or without prior notice.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Petir33 name, logo, trademarks, graphic design, software, game engines, data feeds, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Petir33 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to Petir33.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of Petir33. Unauthorised use of any Petir33 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Petir33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
Petir33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our licensing obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petir33 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses resulting from service interruptions, including planned maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond Petir33's reasonable control.
Petir33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Petir33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Petir33 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
Petir33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including:
Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, Petir33 reserves the right to retain any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining funds will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances of Account closure.
Petir33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Petir33 will provide notice via the email address registered on your Account or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petir33 holds its valid operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to Petir33's customer support team for informal resolution.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
